We were honored to be a part of AT&T's 18th Annual Cybersecurity Conference in New York City. The one day conference consisted of 28 sessions, more than 1,000 attendees and another 1,000 webcast viewers. Speakers included AT&T's Bill O'Hern and John Donovan, as well as Twitter's CISO Michael Coates and Robert Herjavec, founder and CEO of Herjavec Group and co-star of the hit TV series Shark Tank.
MWP was responsible for overseeing all production elements inside all four rooms at the hotel as well as all four simul-streams of the live webcast.
Show calling, stage management, breakout room support, key crew positions, on site photography, PowerPoint design, webcasting and webcast support, makeup, on site editing and roaming video capture for social media and PR was all provided by MWP.
