Event management
It takes a village to produce any program, and Osaic has created a best-in-class village. Working with our partners at ShowTec, we help Osaic with three of their annual events: W Forum, NXT and ConnectED. These events range from a few hundred to a few thousand attendees and they take place in different cities across the country. Our goal is to create the most unique, experiential and impactful events this industry has ever seen. Everything we do is from the POV of the attendee: what they experience when they arrive in town, when they check into their hotel, pick up their badge, attend a reception, dinner, general session or breakout. Every detail, every minute, every slide and every lighting look and cue is carefully crafted and curated.
