For Ugg’s 2019 Customer Appreciation Meeting in Half Moon Bay, California, ShowPro created and developed a one-of-a-kind, 360-degree immersive experience featuring floor-to-ceiling LED panels on all four walls of the ballroom. The idea was that guests would turn in their seats during the course of the one hour meeting and experience a different presenter and story depending on which stage they were looking at. Executives took guests on a journey that spanned more than 40 years and laid the ground work for the future. This wasn’t theater in the round. This was theater all around. At the end of the presentation, Haim (another California icon) performed on the fourth stage for the guests. The event was flawlessly executed and many industry experts in attendance compared it to something that Nike or Nordstrom would do. That was the goal. To wow the audience and make it known that Ugg was back — stronger and better than ever. It was also a beautiful partnership between ShowPro and MWP, who helped Ugg create more than half of the 22,000 pixel-wide content in record time.
